Today they did a lot of work with a caulking gun to prevent drafts. They also finished the stone work on the front of the house.
I received an e-mail from our FM stating that the window seat was taken out to allow for more efficient sealing, painting, and drywall use. Makes complete sense. He also noted that Cleveland City Water has offered a complimentary inspection to ensure there are no surprises with the rerouting of the 1" copper line inside the house. Lastly he mentioned that once drywall begins things will be boring for the next 10-15 days and then production will ramp up again.
Schedule:
- Tuesday (10/27) - Inspection
- Wednesday (10/28) - Wall insulation
- Thursday (10/29) - Inspection
- Friday (10/30) - Drywall being delivered & Cleveland City Water inspection
