The main topic of discussion was around the door at the bottom of the basement stairs. The copper waterline (as I pointed out the day it went in) will be in the way of the door swinging open into the basement. We talked about a few ideas of making the platform at the bottom of the stairs larger allowing us to move the doorway over and then leaving more room for it to swing open. He's going to think about it and get some other people's opinions but we'll definitely have to do something about it. Worst case scenario they move the copper waterline over but we'll try to avoid that if we can.
We also talked about what we will have to do when we eventually finish the basement as getting the drywall down there will be a pain. He suggested we just use smaller pieces (just like they are going to have to do when putting in the basement bathroom).
Lastly our FM did some decorating in Jefferson's room by spray painting his name and putting some cool shapes on the floor. He really enjoyed it when we went over there this afternoon. I wish I would have gotten a picture with our FM as he's such a good guy.
